I ordered two of these after the recent flood in our area. I received them today and am overall happy with the backpacks. They are well-made. But the reason I ordered this one instead of the one without the LifeEssentials is that this product includes the 3 day supply of water and food. However, the LifeEssentials (food and water supply) are missing! I am really disappointed that the LifeEssentials kits are missing. I contacted Amazon via email and I hope they will send the kits soon. However, it is a hassle to have to take this extra step.

I purchased two Wings of Life Backpacks ... there were items missing from both backpacks. Hopefully by contacting Amazon I will receive my complete order. We should not have this problem and Amazon needs to better examine those vendors they deal with.
